We are seeking an experienced
Character Artist to join our core character art department. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position within video game production.
Requirements:- Exceptional understanding of human/creature anatomy, proportions, silhouettes, and form;
- Strong grasp of shape language, color theory, and visual storytelling;
- Deep understanding of technical constraints in game development (polycount budgets, draw calls) and the ability to optimize characters accordingly;
- Advanced digital sculpting skills in ZBrush (or equivalent software);
- Solid knowledge of low-poly modeling, clean topology, and optimal UV mapping in 3DS Max, Maya, or Blender;
- Excellent texturing skills inside Substance Painter and/or Photoshop using a strict PBR workflow;
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight production deadlines.
